CNC Waterjet Table

CNC Waterjet Table

Using our high-performance, abrasive CNC waterjet cutting system, we offer precision water jet cutting services for the production of parts from prototype to high volume. Our waterjet is suitable for any project that requires precision cutting and can use virtually any material up to 4” thick (4’ x 8’ sheet). It is used for a range of applications that exploit its versatility. Composites, fiberglass, glass, metal, rubber, stone, textiles.

  • Waterjet Cutting Advantages
    • Fast, economical machining of virtually all metallic and non- metallic materials
    • Physical and chemical characteristics of material cut are unaffected
    • Cuts without heat so there is no thermal distortion or degradation of materials
    • Superior edge quality
    • Tight nesting of shapes reduces scrap and cost
  • Composites
    • Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics
    • Glass-Reinforced Plastics
    • Other-Reinforced Plastics – Fiber-reinforced material       (including Kevlar)
